Treasury & Cash Flow
Monitor firm balances, log treasury transactions, and generate daily, weekly, and monthly cash flow reports.

Overview
The Treasury page provides a complete view of the firm's liquid assets and all inflows and outflows of funds. It serves as the single source of truth for cash position at any point in time.

Balance Overview
Three summary cards at the top show:
- Total Available — Combined balance across all accounts (cash + bank).
- Cash on Hand — Physical cash held at the office.
- Bank Accounts — Total balance across all linked bank accounts. Individual account balances are shown in a sub-table below this card.
Transaction Log
The log table lists all treasury movements with these columns:
- Date — Transaction date.
- Type — Deposit, Withdrawal, or Internal Transfer.
- Amount — Value of the transaction.
- From / To Account — Source and destination (cash box or specific bank account).
- Reference # — Bank reference or internal voucher number.
- Notes — Free-text description of the transaction purpose.
- Created By — The user who logged the transaction.
Recording a New Transaction
- Click New Transaction.
- Select the Type: Deposit, Withdrawal, or Transfer.
- Enter the Amount.
- Select the Account (for deposits/withdrawals) or the From and To accounts (for transfers).
- Enter the Reference # and Date.
- Add Notes explaining the purpose of the movement.
- Click Save. Account balances update immediately.
Balance Reports
Use the Reports tab to generate closing balance reports for any day, week, or month. Reports can be exported as PDF for submission to management.
Tip: Reconcile your cash-on-hand balance with the physical count at the end of each day to catch discrepancies early.
Important: All treasury transactions create a permanent audit trail. Incorrect entries must be reversed with a counter-transaction — do not request deletion.
