Overview
As a manager, you have visibility into all client records across the entire firm — not just the clients assigned to your own cases. The Clients page serves as the central client registry, and your elevated access allows you to oversee client relationships, monitor financial standing, and ensure proper assignment across your team.
Accessing All Clients
Click Clients in the left sidebar. By default the list shows all clients in the firm sorted by most recently updated. The total client count is displayed in the header.
Filtering Clients
Use the filter toolbar above the client list to narrow results:
- By Assigned Lawyer — Select a lawyer from the dropdown to view only their clients. This is useful for reviewing a lawyer's client portfolio before a performance review or after a reassignment.
- By Status — Filter by client lifecycle stage:
- Active — Currently engaged with at least one open case.
- Inactive — Previously engaged but no open cases.
- Prospect — Potential client, initial consultation stage.
- Archived — Permanently inactive, retained for historical records.
- By Type — Filter between Individual (natural persons) and Corporate (companies and organizations).
Client Detail View
Click any client name to open the full client profile. As a manager, you will see all tabs:
- Contact Info — Phone numbers, email addresses, national ID or commercial registration number, and physical address.
- Linked Cases — All cases associated with this client, their current status, and the assigned lawyer.
- Financial Summary — Total fees invoiced, amounts collected, and outstanding balance. Useful for identifying clients with significant unpaid invoices.
- Communication History — Log of all emails, notes, and meeting records associated with this client across the entire team.
