Overview of platform-wide KPIs, revenue trends, tenant activity, and recent events across all law firms.

Overview
The Platform Dashboard is your command center for monitoring the entire AdlDesk SaaS operation. Access it at app.adldesk.com/platform/dashboard using your platform admin credentials. At a glance, you can assess the health of the platform, track revenue, and spot any issues requiring attention.
KPI Cards
Four summary cards appear at the top of the dashboard:
- Total Tenants — Total number of law firms registered on the platform (all statuses).
- Active Subscriptions — Firms currently on a paid or trial plan with no suspension.
- Monthly Revenue — Aggregate verified payments received in the current calendar month.
- Total Users — Combined user count across all tenant accounts.
Charts
Three interactive charts give you trend visibility:
- New Tenants Over Time — A line chart showing daily or monthly tenant registrations. Use the date range picker to zoom in or out.
- Subscription Distribution — A pie chart breaking down active tenants by plan (Starter, Professional, Enterprise). Hover slices for exact counts and percentages.
- Revenue Trend — A bar chart of monthly verified revenue. Useful for identifying seasonal patterns or growth acceleration.
Recent Activity Feed
The activity feed on the right panel shows the latest platform events in reverse chronological order:
- New tenant registrations (firm name + plan selected)
- Subscription changes (upgrades, downgrades, renewals, cancellations)
- Support requests submitted by firm admins
- Payment submissions awaiting verification
Tip: Click any item in the activity feed to jump directly to the relevant tenant record or payment entry — no need to navigate manually.
Note: Dashboard data refreshes every 5 minutes. If you need real-time figures, use the Refresh button in the top-right corner of the page.
