Subscription Plans

Overview

Subscription plans define what each law firm can access and how much they pay. Navigate to Platform → Plans to view and manage all available plans. Each plan acts as a product tier — tenants subscribe to a plan and gain access to the features and limits it defines.

Plan Fields

Each plan is configured with the following fields:

• name_ar / name_en — Display name shown to tenants in their billing pages
• price_monthly — Monthly subscription fee (in the platform currency)
• price_yearly — Annual subscription fee (typically discounted vs. monthly)
• max_users — Maximum number of users the tenant can invite
• max_cases — Maximum number of open cases allowed simultaneously
• storage_gb — Document storage quota in gigabytes

Feature Gates

Each plan includes a feature checklist that controls module availability for subscribed tenants:

• client_portal — Whether tenants can share case updates with clients via the client portal
• documents — Access to the full document management module
• financial — Invoice, expense, and billing management features
• reports — Advanced analytics and report generation
• api_access — Programmatic API access for custom integrations

Managing Plans

1. Create — Click + New Plan, fill in all fields, and toggle the desired features before saving.
2. Edit — Click the pencil icon on any existing plan to update pricing or features. Changes apply to future billing cycles; existing tenants are not retroactively affected until their next renewal.
3. Archive — Archiving hides a plan from the public pricing page and prevents new subscriptions, but existing tenants on the plan retain access until they switch or cancel.
