Tenant Management
View, create, suspend, and manage all law firm tenants on the platform from one central page.

Overview
The Tenants page (Platform → Tenants) is where you manage every law firm registered on AdlDesk. Each row in the table represents one tenant — an isolated, independent law firm with its own data, users, and subscription.
Tenants Table
The main table displays the following columns for each tenant:

| Subdomain | The unique identifier used in the URL (e.g. aladala) |
| Plan | Current subscription plan |
| Status | Active, Trial, Suspended, or Pending |
| Users | Number of active users under this tenant |
| Created | Registration date |
Viewing a Tenant
Click any row to open the tenant detail panel. This shows:
- Contact Info — Admin email, phone, and billing details
- Subscription History — Full log of plan changes and payment records
- Usage Statistics — Active cases, documents stored, API calls this month
- User List — All users under this tenant with their roles and last login
Tenant Actions
- Suspend — Immediately blocks all logins for this tenant. Data is preserved.
- Activate — Re-enables a suspended or pending tenant.
- Delete — Permanently removes the tenant and all associated data. A confirmation dialog with the firm name must be typed to proceed.
Warning: Tenant deletion is irreversible. All cases, documents, users, and billing history are permanently erased. Always export a data backup before deleting.
Creating a Tenant Manually
To onboard a firm that signed up outside the self-service flow, click + New Tenant and fill in:
- firm_name_ar — Official Arabic name
- firm_name_en — Official English name
- subdomain — Unique lowercase identifier (letters and hyphens only)
- admin_email — Primary admin who will receive the welcome email
- plan — Starting subscription plan
- trial_days — Number of free trial days (0 for immediate paid activation)
Tip: The subdomain cannot be changed after creation. Choose carefully — it is used in internal references and API calls.
