Platform Analytics

Overview

The Analytics page (Platform → Analytics) provides a comprehensive view of how the AdlDesk platform is performing across all dimensions — growth, revenue, engagement, and infrastructure. Use these insights to guide product decisions, pricing strategy, and customer success efforts.

Tenant Growth

A line chart showing cumulative and new tenant registrations over time. Use the toggle to switch between daily, weekly, and monthly granularity. Overlay the trial conversion rate to see how effectively new signups are converting to paid plans.

Revenue by Plan

A stacked bar chart breaking down monthly verified revenue by subscription plan (Starter, Professional, Enterprise). This helps identify which plan tier drives the most revenue and where upsell opportunities exist.

Churn Metrics

• Churn Rate — Percentage of tenants who cancelled or did not renew in a given month
• Average Tenant Lifetime — Mean duration from first activation to cancellation or deletion, in months
• Churn by Plan — Breakdown of churn per plan tier to identify retention problems at specific price points

Feature Usage

A ranked list of features showing adoption rates across all active tenants:

• Which modules are used most and least
• Percentage of tenants using client portal, documents, financial, and reports modules
• Average API calls per day for tenants with api_access

Storage & Infrastructure

• Total storage consumed across all tenants (GB)
• Top 10 tenants by storage usage — useful for identifying high-cost accounts
• Month-over-month storage growth trend

Geographic Distribution

A world map and table showing where tenants are located by country. Useful for regional marketing, compliance planning, and deciding where to expand support resources.

Export

All analytics sections include an Export button. Supported formats:

• CSV — Raw data for further analysis in Excel or BI tools
• PDF — Formatted report suitable for sharing with stakeholders
