Accessing the Clients Page
Click Clients in the left sidebar. The page displays a searchable table of all clients registered with your firm.

Filtering Clients
Three filtering options are available at the top of the page:
- Alphabet filter bar — a row of letter buttons (A–Z and Arabic letters) that instantly filters clients whose names start with the selected letter. Click the highlighted letter again to clear the filter.
- Type filter — toggle between Individual (natural persons) and Corporate (companies, organisations) or show all.
- Status filter — narrow by client lifecycle: active, inactive, prospect, or archived.
Reading the Clients Table
The table shows six columns: Name, Type (badge: Individual or Corporate), Phone, Email, Cases (count of linked cases), and Status. Click a row to open the client profile with full history.
Adding a New Client
Click New Client at the top-right. The form fields depend on the selected type:
- Type — select Individual or Corporate first, as this changes available fields.
- Name (Arabic) — full legal name in Arabic.
- Name (English) — full legal name in English.
- National ID / Commercial Registration — national ID number for individuals; commercial registration number for corporate clients.
- Phone — primary contact number.
- Email — client email address (used for portal invitations if enabled).
- Address — full mailing address.
- Notes — internal notes visible only to firm staff.
Click Save Client to create the record. You can immediately link this client to a new or existing case from within the client profile.
Tip: Use the prospect status for potential clients whose engagement is not yet confirmed. Upgrade to active once a retainer or case is formally opened.
Important: Archiving a client hides them from the default list view but preserves all linked cases and financial records. Use archive sparingly and only for closed relationships.
